How sharing works:
① Share the secure website URL with the Vice Chancellor.
② VC opens the website and logs in with the assigned VC PIN.
③ Data is stored centrally in MySQL, so there is no manual device-to-device sync.
④ Secretary manages records; VC has view, print and backup access.
Access is controlled by the MySQL login system.
PINs are stored securely in the MySQL database. Use the Account Settings to change your own PIN.
